This one-day program provides a regulated Emergency First Aid at Work certification, tailored for individuals designated to serve as an Emergency First Aider or Appointed Person in their workplace.

It is also a popular choice for those who need basic first aid training outside a work environment.

The course focuses on equipping participants with the necessary skills to manage emergency situations effectively, emphasizing the prevention of escalation and sustaining life until professional assistance arrives.

It is particularly suited for low-risk businesses, in compliance with the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations, and includes both theoretical and hands-on components. The certification remains valid for 3 years.
