First Aid at Work Requalification

Course syllabus

This regulated two-day course is intended for individuals who need to renew their First Aid at Work certification to maintain their status as a workplace First Aider.

Please note that this course is only available to those who have previously completed a First Aid at Work course and are seeking recertification.

The program is designed to update the skills of First Aiders with the latest first aid procedures and techniques, ensuring they remain capable of responding quickly and effectively to a range of situations in the workplace.

Formerly known as the HSE 2-Day First Aid at Work Requalification Course, this course reflects the ongoing requirements of the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, even though the HSE ceased approving first aid courses as of October 1, 2013. The certification is valid for three years.
